24,000 people on a cricket pitch listening to the songwriter of a generation with anthems such as "The Drugs Don't Work", "Bittersweet Symphony" and more recently "Break The Night With Colour" and "Music Is Power". It was a homecoming of sorts being a stonesthrow from Wigan and Designer Magazine faves The Feeling came along to show their support for the idea that the song is king.
